Our approach is to apply a smart investment strategy, active portfolio and asset management and sophisticated risk management to maximize current yields and the value development of our properties, as well as minimize risk. In all of our mandates, we develop investments strategies and strategically relevant investment decisions individually with our investors.

With our largest and longest-running fund, we managed to achieve returns on equity of more than 7 % after costs and taxes for our investors despite the financial crisis. For two other funds, the current return after costs and taxes is more than 11 % annually on invested equity. All funds and the properties in our portfolio are substantially exceeding the yield expectations offered to investors at the time of purchase.
